Produce food safety, microgreen nutrition, bioregenerative life support systems, sustainable agriculture, plants in microgravity, food science, science communication

Philosophy of science, political psychology, pseudoscience beliefs, conspiracy theories, curiosity, career advising, and online learning. I blab on Youtube about science journalism and microgreens. I also have two music projects.
